In more than 40 countries around the world, Lutheran Hour Ministries (LHM) is equipping, engaging, and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ. LHM International Ministry centers use a wide variety of culturally diverse outreach programs to fulfill their mission of Bringing Christ to the Nations—and the Nations to the Church.

Through culturally appropriate programming, LHM seeks to reach out to people of all nations with hope and salvation found in the Word of God by building relationships with young and old and connecting them in fellowship with a local congregation.

LHM radio, television and Internet programs are heard by thousands of people every day. These programs are provided in conjunction with other locally produced informational booklets and Bible Correspondence Courses. Personal outreach through drama, youth, and visitation programs are used to incorporate local needs into the ministry. Equipping the Saints (ETS) workshops provide evangelism training to local churches to assist them in reaching the unchurched in their communities. This combination of modern technology and personalized evangelism enhances LHM’s ability to reach a diverse, worldwide audience.

Although divided by oceans and cultures, the staff and volunteers of Lutheran Hour Ministries are united in faith and vision by bringing a message of hope to All peoples…All nations…All in Christ.
