Karen Trueblood
Karen Trueblood serves as a Ministry Advancement Officer for Lutheran Hour Ministries, a position she has held since April 2008. As a Ministry Advancement Officer she offers deferred and current gift solutions for donors to further Lutheran Hour Ministries' mission of Bringing Christ to the Nations—and the Nations to the Church. Trueblood works specifically with donors in Colorado, Minnesota, New Mexico, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Prior to becoming a Ministry Advancement Officer, Trueblood served as Manager of Donor Relationships for Lutheran Hour Ministries. She also serves as an officer on the Board of Trustees of The Lutheran Hour Ministries Foundation and is a member of the Association of Lutheran Development Executives. She has been with Lutheran Hour Ministries since June 1998. Previously, Trueblood worked for the Opera Theatre of St. Louis. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Warren National University.
Trueblood and her husband, Tim, reside in St. Louis, Missouri, and attend a local Lutheran church. They have a daughter, Katherine, of Cleveland, Ohio, and a son, Jonathan, of Sioux Center, Iowa.
